Huhtamaki PPL standalone net profit rises 78.06% in the December 2017 quarter

Sales rise 7.03% to Rs 553.56 crore

Net profit of Huhtamaki PPL rose 78.06% to Rs 20.94 crore in the quarter ended December 2017 as against Rs 11.76 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2016. Sales rose 7.03% to Rs 553.56 crore in the quarter ended December 2017 as against Rs 517.18 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2016.

For the full year,net profit declined 21.98% to Rs 63.62 crore in the year ended December 2017 as against Rs 81.54 crore during the previous year ended December 2016. Sales declined 2.50% to Rs 2100.30 crore in the year ended December 2017 as against Rs 2154.10 crore during the previous year ended December 2016.
