Indiabulls Housing Finance allots equity shares

On conversion of warrants

Indiabulls Housing Finance announced that on 19 September 2014, the Company, has issued and allotted 1,00,05,400 (One Crore Five Thousand and Four Hundred) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, upon conversion of warrants.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 67,71,53,982/- divided into 33,85,76,991 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 69,71,64,782/- divided into 34,85,82,391 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
