ITC allots 13.62 lakh equity shares

Under ESOS

ITC has allotted 13,62,600 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each, upon exercise of 1,36,260 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Consequently, with effect from 14 December, 2017, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 1218,95,70,921/- divided into 1218,95,70,921 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each.
