ITC allots equity shares

Under ESOS

ITC announced that the Company on 17 October 2014 issued and allotted 64,42,470 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1/- each, upon exercise of 6,44,247 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Consequently, with effect from 17 October 2014, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 798,06,97,681/- divided into 798,06,97,681 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1/- each.
