IVRCL allots equity shares
On conversion of loan
IVRCL has made an allotment of 1,94,375 equity shares of Rs.2/- each, at issue price of Rs. 24.39/- per share, on January 12, 2016 to SREI Equipment Finance (CDR Lender) who have signed the Master Restructuring Agreement.
