Jet Airways (India) announced Kuldeep Sharma has been appointed as Company Secretary & V. P. Corporate Governance & Compliance of the Company with immediate effect.

Further, Kuldeep Sharma has been designated as the Compliance Officer under Clause 47 of the Listing Agreement.
