Jump Networks has signed an annual digital services agreement of minimum guaranteed revenue of Rs 100 crore to provide wholesale voice over internet protocol (VoIP) services.
The agreement has been entered into with Amtelfone Incorporated (Amtelfone), a fast-growing telecommunication service provider, offering wholesale VoIP minutes and prepaid calling services to different markets.
According to the agreement, JUMPNET will provide Amtelfone its proprietary VoIP application called 'JumpTalk' on a wholesale Software-As-A-Service (Saas) basis which will in turn be marketed and resold at a fixed monthly rate in the respectively local markets by Amtelfone.
