Larsen & Toubro InfoTech allots 19,922 equity shares
Under ESOS
Larsen & Toubro Infotech approved the allotment 19,922 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each under the various Employee Stock Option Schemes of the Company, on 19 April 2018.The said equity shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
