LT Foods to consider dividend

LT Foods will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 24 May 2018, to, inter alia, consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2018 and to consider recommendation of the final dividend, if any, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
