Magma Fincorp announces appointment of director

Magma Fincorp announced that the Board of Directors of the Company have, vide resolution passed by circulation on 14 October 2014 appointed Ritva Laukkanen, nominee of International Finance Corporation, as an Additional Director of the Company in terms of Section 161 of the Companies Act, 2013. She has been appointed as Non Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company.
