Mahanagar Gas announces cessation of director

With effect from 05 April 2021

Mahanagar Gas announced that Deepak Sawant (DIN: 07339381), Whole-Time Director deputed as the Deputy Managing Director of the Company, has resigned as Director with effect from 05 April 2021.

Further, Directorship of Raj Kishore Tiwari (DIN: 07056080), Independent Director is ceased with effect from 31 March 2021 upon expiry of his second term as an Independent Director.
