Minimum daily wage for unskilled non-agricultural workers revised to Rs 350 per day

In the Central Sphere, the Central Government has issued a notification on 19 January 2017 to revise the minimum rates of wages from Rs 250 per day to Rs 350 per day for unskilled non-agricultural workers in 'C' category regions based on the recommendations of 15th Indian Labour Conference and Jugdement of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the Reptakos & Co. Vs its Workers.
