NMDC announced the production and sales of Iron Ore (provisional) upto the month of June 2016 -

Total production stood at 7.63 million tonnes (Chhattisgarh - 4.85 million tonnes & Karnataka - 2.78 million tonnes)

Total sales stood at 7.77 million tonnes (Chhattisgarh - 4.94 million tonnes & Karnataka - 2.83 million tonnes)
