Oudh Sugar Mills gets approval for composite scheme of arrangement

Oudh Sugar Mills announced that the Composite Scheme of Arrangement filed under section 6(2) of the Competition Act, 2002, with the Competition Commission of India by the Company on 13 April 2015, has been approved by the Commission in its meeting held on 19 June 2015, and as communicated vide their letter dated 24 June 2015.
