Outcome of board meeting of Prism Cements

The Board of Prism Cements has approved the following -

1. Raising of funds through issue of Unsecured, Redeemable, Listed, Taxable, Non-convertible Debentures, Tranche - X of Rs. 75 crore.

2. Repurchase of Tranche IV - Series 'B' Secured, Redeemable, Listed, Taxable, Non-convertible Debentures of Rs. 50 crore.
