Outcome of board meeting of Take Solutions

Held on 15 May 2015

Take Solutions announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 May 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. Recommendation of Dividend:

The Board recommended a Final Dividend of 40% on Equity Share Capital and the Dividend shall be paid / dispatched on or before 25 September 2015, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

2. Convening of Annual General Meeting:

The 14th Annual General Meeting of the Company has been scheduled on 28 August 2015.
