Virinchi Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 August 2014, inter alia, transacted the following business:1. Approved the Appointment of scrutinizer for conducting e-voting in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
2. Approved the Resignation of Anil Kumar Pinapala to the position of CEO.
3. Approved the appointment of Satyajeet Prasad as CEO of the Company.
4. Approved the appointment of Vishal Ranjan as CEO of KSoft Systems Inc, NJ, U5A (a Wholly owned Subsidiary of Virinchi Technologies).
