PNB Housing Finance allots 9183 equity shares under ESOP

PNB Housing Finance has approved the allotment of 9183 equity shares under ESOP and RSU scheme of the company. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company would stand at 1,68,61 ,34,980 consisting of 16,86,13,498 number of equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
