Polaris Financial Technology announced that the stakeholders Relationship Committee of Directors of the Company has approved on 19 August 2014, the allotment of 25,200 shares to eleven (11) associates under ASOP 2003 Scheme and approved for the allotment of 7,250 shares to seven (7) associate(s) under ASOP 2011 Scheme , vide Circular Resolution.
