Polaris Financial Technology announced that the stakeholders Relationship Committee of Directors of the Company has approved on 12 September 2014, the allotment of 1,800 shares to two (2) associates under ASOP 2003 Scheme and approved for the allotment of 3,050 shares to three (3) associate(s) under ASOP 2011 Scheme, vide Circular Resolution.
