Potential Investments & Finance will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 20 July 2016 to consider, approve and take on record the quarterly unaudited financial results of the Company along with Limited Review Report thereon, for the quarter ended on June 30, 2016,to change the name of the Company from M/s Potential Investments and Finance Limited to M/s Best Steel Logistics Limited.
