Ramco Systems allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Ramco Systems announced that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held 04 November 2014 has approved an allotment of 16,242 equity shares of Rs.10/- each, being the exercise of 2,985 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2008 (ESOS 2008), 3,259 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2009 - Plan A (ESOS 2009 - Plan A) and 9,998 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2009 - Plan B (ESOS 2009 - Plan B).

Consequent to this the paid up equity share capital has increased from 2,42,84,072 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to 2,43,00,314 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
