Saksoft announces change in company secretary

With effect from 04 November 2014

Saksoft announced that the Board of Directors of the Company took note of the resignation of S.Narayan from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from the close of business hours on 04 November 2014.

In place of S. Narayan, Company Secretary the Board has appointed Vivekanandan Babu as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with immediate effect (04 November 2014).
