Rasoya Proteins announces resignation of directors

With effect from 31 March 2016

Rasoya Proteins announced that Sameer Damle - Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer and Prashant Duchakke - Executive Director have resigned from the Directorship of the Company with effect from 31 March 2016.

The Board of Directors of the Company has considered the matter and noted it through Resolution passed by circulation 05 April 2016.
