Record date for Pantaloon Retail (India) scheme of arrangement announced

Pantaloon Retail (India) has fixed 18 April 2013 as the record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement for issue of equity shares of Peter England Fashions and Retail to the holders of equity shares, class B (series 1) shares pursuant to the scheme of arrangement between Pantaloon Retail (India) and Peter England Fashions and Retail (resulting company) and their respective shareholders and creditors and Indigold Trade and Services, as a shareholder of resulting company, approved by the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature of Bombay.
