Regency Trust announces appointment of CFO & company secretary

Regency Trust announced that Rajesh Kapoor, member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India is appointed as Whole Time Director (Finance) and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Komal Chokhani, member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India is appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
