Sat Industries announces two subsidiaries

With effect from 01 July 2015

Sat Industries announced that w.e.f. 01 July 2015, Sah Polymers, engaged in manufacturing of flexible packaging and Italica Furniture, engaged in leasing of moveable assets, have become subsidiaries of the Company consequent upon acquisition of 85,21,430 no. of equity shares (60.03%) and 14,21,785 no. of equity shares (68.29%) respectively.
