SEBI imposes penalty against Aurobindo Pharma and its promoters
Aurobindo Pharma announced that that SEBI has passed an Adjudication Order dated
23 September 2019 against the Company and P.v.
Ramprasad Reddy, P Suneela Rani, Kambam Prasad Reddy and Trident Chemphar,
promoters of the Company whereby SEBI has imposed a penalty of Rs 13.10 crore against the aforesaid
promoters and Rs 2 crore against the Company.
