Seya Industries will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 1 December 2014, to Consider increase in Authorised Share Capital of the Company, to consider alteration of Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the Company, and to consider issue of Non-convertible Redeemable Preference Shares on Private Placement basis.
