Sir Shadi Lal Enterprises completes sale of its sugar unit

Sir Shadi Lal Enterprises announced that the Company has completed the transaction for sale and transfer of its sugar unit located at Unn, district Shamli, Uttar Pradesh to Superior Food Grains, Chandigarh on slump sale basis. This transaction was in pursuance of the Definitive Agreement entered into between the Company and Superior Food Grains, Chandigarh on 14 January 2014.
