South Indian Bank allots 40,000 equity shares under ESOS

South Indian Bank has allotted 40,000 equity shares under South Indian Bank Employees Stock Option Scheme (SIB ESOS - 2008).

Post the above allotment, the paid-up Equity share capital of the Bank would stand at Rs. 180,97,22,151/-consisting of 180,97,22,151 Equity shares of Re.1/- each.). These shares are pari-passu in all respects with the existing shares.
