Surya Pharmaceutical will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 1 November 2014, to consider and approve Audited Financial Results i.e. Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Schedules and Notes thereon for the year ended 31 March 2014 of the Company, and to consider and approve Book Closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
