Union Cabinet Cleared Proposal For Setting Up Of Development Finance Institution

Union Cabinet has cleared the setting up of a Development Finance Institution. Development Finance Institution will also have some tax benefits for a 10-year long period. Cabinet approved introduction of Bill for setting up of a new infrastructure focused Development Financial Institution as a provider, enabler and catalyst for infrastructure financing.
