Vikas Wsp launches whole wheat ozonised flour for domestic market

Vikas Wsp announced that the company has made available its whole wheat ozonized flour for domestic market which has highest purity in terms of pesticides, herbicides and microorganisms and it is a little more than 'ORGANIC'. The product is produced by washing the whole wheat grains applying boiling water and with a stream of ozone to sterilize the flour to remove all contaminants like bacteria and pesticides.

Its bread is very soft and does not stale for 2-3 days. Extended shelf-life of the flour upto 6 months because amylase activity is suppressed. Further, within 2 weeks, Flour for diabetics (Guaranteed controlling) and also Gluten free for Gluten sensitive patients would be made available on Flipkart.
