Visaka Industries will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 10 May 2016 consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter / year ended March 31, 2016 and consider recommending dividend, if any for the financial year ended March 31, 2016 subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
