Womens Next Loungeries announced that Jaiprakash Ramcharitra Singh, Independent Director of the Company has resigned from his post from 01 July 2014 from the Company.

Further, the Company has informed that the Resignation that subject to Acceptance by the Board of Director in the ensuing Board Meeting.
