Zen Technologies to hold board meeting

Zen Technologies will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 8 November 2014, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the second quarter and half year ended 30 September 2014, and to fix record date for sub-division of each equity share of Rs 10 into 10 equity shares of Rs 1 each fully paid-up.
