Didn't know much about Delhi: Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi Saturday said he neither had knowledge about the "geography" of parliament nor about the streets of Delhi.

"I did not know the geography of parliament, and did not know about the 'gali mohalla' (streets and colonies) of Delhi," Modi said.

"People thought what will he do in Delhi... even I thought so...," Modi said at the Bharatiya Janata Party's first national council meet at the Jawaharlal Nehru stadium here.
