Heavy rains hit Chandigarh
Heavy rains lashed Chandigarh and nearby areas on Monday morning, causing inconvenience to commuters.
The nearby satellite towns like Mohali in Punjab and Panchkula in Haryana were also hit hard, with several low-lying areas suffering water-logging.
The Met office here has predicted rains in the region till Tuesday.
