A juvenile has been arrested on charge of raping a minor in west Delhi's Vijay Vihar area, police said on Tuesday.
Police said the crime occurred on Monday afternoon when the victim, aged five, was playing outside her house along with her younger sister.
The juvenile, a neighbour, lured the two girls away on the pretext of giving them candies and raped the minor at a nearby vacant building, a senior police officer said.
The girl was admitted in a hospital. The juvenile, aged 15, was identified after police scanned closed-circuit television footage in the area. He has been sent to the juvenile home.
