No nod to National Litigation Policy yet, reveals RTI

The Central government is yet to approve a National Litigation Policy despite a policy being formulated in 2010, it was revealed in response to an RTI plea.

Activist Nutan Thakur on Thursday said she was told by the Law Ministry that the policy could not be approved by the government and its reformulation is still under active consideration.
