Saradha scam: Madan Mitra sent to judicial custody
West Bengal Transport and Sports Minister Madan Mitra - arrested in the Saradha scam - was Friday yet again denied bail and sent to judicial custody till Jan 2 by a court here.
After hearing both the defence and the prosecution, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Haradhan Mukherjee sent Mitra to judicial custody.
