Congress President Sonia Gandhi on Friday condoled the death of veteran Om Puri, calling him a versatile actor.
"Om Puri was a gifted actor and socially conscious human being. Indian film industry has lost a pillar," Gandhi said.
Om Puri died on Friday following a heart attack in Mumbai.
