Some Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leaders are firm believers that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is delaying the release of its manifesto, due on April 7, because it was waiting for AAP to spell out its policies, so it could "replicate" them as it did during the Delhi Assembly elections. "We don't claim copyrights on this manifesto, so any political party can copy this without giving us credit," AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal told reporters after a press conference. In the Delhi Assembly elections, the BJP followed AAP in promising a reduction in electricity tariffs and an audit of power firms.
