Waiting for family

Sajjad Lone, who switched sides from the secessionist bandwagon of Kashmir to embark on the election express, continues to wait for his wife Asma and twin sons, who are virtually stranded in Pakistan. For the past one-and-a-half years, Asma and the sons have been living in Rawalpindi as New Delhi has refused to extend Asma’s visa. A desperate Lone may not be able to win election, but he is surely going to use his new clout as a “mainstream” politician to get his family back.
