Tharoor a glorified clerk who runs down Indian languages: RSS magazine

The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) has vociferously vouched for wider adoption of Hindi while questioning Congress leader Shashi Tharoor’s recent skepticism on the universal adoption of the language.
