5 graduates nabbed for using fake ATM cards to withdraw money

Five male graduates were arrested here today for reportedly withdrawing vast amounts of money from ATMs in the city using fake cards they made of NRIs.

Police said the five had used the latest technology and had hacked the ATM card numbers of Non Resident Indians, managed to get their passwords, made fake cards and later used them to withdraw money.

They said initial investigation revealed that the five had withdrawn money 963 times.
