BJP gearing up party machinery to win 2 LS seats in Tripura

The ruling BJP in is gearing up its to win the states two Lok Sabha seats and has resolved to work closely with its ally -- Indigenous Peoples Front of (IPFT), a state party functionary said Sunday.

The decision to gear up the party machinery, strengthen all the booths and work in close coordination with the alliance partner, IPFT, was taken in the meeting of the partys core committee on Sunday," General Secretary of the state unit of the BJP, told

Among others, the meeting was attended by BJP's Ram Madhav, Party in-charge Sunil Deodhar, state Biplab Kumar Deb.

Deodhar said he was confident of a landslide victory in two Lok Sabha constituency seats from the state.
