Designers cut price to raise funds for underprivileged kids

Designers like Gaurav Gupta, JJ Valaya, Rina Dhaka and Shantanu-Nikhil are making their collections available at an exhibition to raise funds for the education of underprivileged children. The designers are offering their lines at a discount at the shopping fiesta 'Splurge', organised by 'Delhi Dynamic Round Table India 157' on February 22 in the Capital. Other designers joining in are Rahul and Rohit Gandhi, Kavita Bhartiya, Anju Modi, Van Laack, Porsche Design and Bally. "I think it's a great cause. Delhi Dynamic Round Table 157 is concentrating on the education for the underprivileged which is commendable, admirable and the turnaround time for us to achieve our social service goals. I am happy to be a part of SPLURGE, a venture for a cause of Education, for building schools," said designer Gaurav Gupta. Ranna Gill, another popular designer participating in this lifestyle exhibition, said, "We are delighted to be a part of SPLURGE � The Shopping Fiesta... And will be showcasing our collection, at reduced rates to help for the cause." Round Table India is a Service Organization of non-political and non-sectarian young men formed on November 14, 1962 as part of Round Table International which is present in 52 countries with 38,000 members world wide.
