FICN seized
The BSF has apprehended a FICN
smuggler and fake notes worth 92,000 from Kaliachak area of Malda district.
According to a BSF official, acting on a tip off a special operation was planned near Baliadanga, Kaliachak and Sahbajpur border areas of Malda district last night.
One person was arrested with a bundle of FICN of Rs 2000 denomination with the face value of Rs 92,000.
The person apprehended by BSF was identified as Samayon, a resident of Malda.
The apprehended person along with the seized FICN was handed over to the police for further investigation.
